How We Work
1. Tell us what you need
Call or text a photo of your home service need. A picture usually tells us more than a paragraph in an email. For smaller jobs we can often get you an estimate quickly back over text if not that will give us a good idea before we visit your home.
2. Get a real number
We give you a price before we start. If we find something unexpected underneath what could be seen on the surface that changes the scope we will stop and discuss the options and costs before we continue.
3. We do the whole list
Most homeowners don't have one thing they want to fix, they have 5 or 6. The more of those items you can put on that list for a single visit the better, fewer visits means less cost, but don't worry if you discover something new once we've left or you suddenly get an itch to remodel, it happens. 🙂
4. We clean up
Drop cloths down, debris hauled away, floors vacuumed. You shouldn't be able to tell where we worked other than things working better once we've left.

Yes, $75. driving out, unloading, and setting up takes time and fuel whether it is ten minutes or three hours. Sometimes it's helpful to add other small items to your list so we can take care of them while we're there.
Honestly it depends on the time of year and type of job. Usually something small like mounting a tv or installing a ceiling fan we can get to within 48 hours, because we can squeeze them into smaller time frames, but for larger jobs it may be 2-5 days depending on the season
Either works. If you've already picked up a specific faucet, fan, or TV mount, buy it, and we'll install it. If you know what you want and would like us to pick it up on the way we can typically do that. If you're not sure and need recommendations we can do that too.
Utah requires a contractors license for most construction work, there is an exemption for small-value repairs, so a lot of "handymen" are unlicensed. That's fine if you just want a shelf hung, but typically they do not carry insurance and often do not have the experience to help you make informed decisions. We're a licensed Utah general contractor and carry liability insurance, which means the same company that handles your small home maintenance needs can also take care of your bathroom remodel. Yes, we carry liability insurance and can provide a certificate upon request, some HOAs and associations require one before work starts. If we damage something we fix it, that's why you choose us.
Yes, most the jobs we do end up growing. The more you can make us aware of before we get there the better so we can make sure we have tools and materials, but if you need to add something we can definitely still take care of it.
Usually yes. Knockdown, orange peel (we always use a proper texture gun, never a spray can), and hand textured walls can all be blended so the patch disappears once it's painted, that's always the goal. However matches on heavily textured walls or older hand troweled walls can be a bit trickier, we'll always be upfront about what the results will look like if we have any doubt.
All the time. We can coordinate with tenants, property managers, or HOAs, work without the owner present, and send photos when the job is completed. A lot of our clients live out of state.
