In most cases, yes. Knockdown, orange peel (we always use a proper texture gun, never a spray can), and hand textured walls can all be blended so the patch disappears once it's painted, that's always the goal. However matches on heavily textured walls or older hand troweled walls can be a bit trickier.
Yes, long-term rentals, short term rentals and second homes. We can coordinate directly with your property manager or guest, work around turnovers, and send photos when the job is complete.
Yes Either way works. We can pick up materials or install a fixture you've already bought. If you've got something specific in mind, a particular faucet, fan, or TV mount, buying it yourself works great and we're happy to get it installed for you.
Weekdays are our standard schedule, but we can sometimes accommodate Saturday visits for urgent work or for second home owners who are only in town for a few days. Ask when you call.
Payment due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and credit cards. Estimates are free, there is no deposit on standard handyman work.
